- Session 1: “Outsourcing”
In business and economics, outsourcing means: the contracting out of a business process (e.g., accounting, human resources and customer support) and/or other functions (e.g., manufacturing and packaging). The key reason for outsourcing is to ‘reduce costs’ (e.g., to avoid high taxes, high energy costs, high production and/or labour costs and strict government regulations).
- Session 2: “Robotics”
In business and economics, robotics means: the technology by which a process or procedure is performed without human assistance.
